Mineral complementary feed for horses in case of chronic joint pain, stiffness, lameness and other movement disorders.

Use complementary feed Artropurs H in case of chronic osteoarthrosis, arthritis, tendinitis, capsulitis, also in case of muscular and peripheral nerve pain and inflammation, also to decrease degradation process of joints (cartilage, subchondral bone tissue, synovial membrane) and doses of analgesics and non-steroidal (non-selective or selective) anti-inflammatory drugs.

Composition: calcium carbonate, oak bark, camomile, willow bark, birch bark, molasses, rose hips, glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate.

Analytical constituents: calcium 13,5%, total sugar 0,7%, sodium 0,09%, phosphorus 0%.

Nutritional additives: trace elements (mg/kg): zinc (zinc chelate of glycine, hydrate (solid), 3b607) 1720, manganese (manganese chelate of glycine, hydrate, 3b506) 1000, copper (copper(II) chelate of glycine, hydrate (solid), 3b413) 600, cobalt (cobalt(II) sulphate heptahydrate, 3b305) 60, selenium (coated granulated sodium selenite, 3b802) 10; vitamins (g/kg): vitamin C 3, vitamin E 2.

Glucosamine and chondroitin have stimulating effect on cartilage and synovial cells that release elements of cartilage matrix and synovial fluid. Also complex of vitamins and trace elements provides the complementary feed’s positive effect on joint functions. The complex improves anabolic processes in tissue, inhibits degradation of collagen and elastin and cartilage destruction. Phyto complex is important part of the complementary feed. Phyto complex is rich with micronutritive elements and pharmacologically active natural substances: salicylates, flavonoids (quercetin, rutin, hyperoside, anthocyanin etc.) and other substances that have anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties.

Use. Add to feed 100 g once a day. Amount can be reduced to 50 g once a day after 3 weeks in case of mild inflammation. Total duration of use up to 3 months. Chronic illnesses aggravate in autumn – winter season, so it is advisable to start feeding in a timely manner, as the effect of the complementary feed appears slowly – after 2 – 3 weeks of administration.
