Mineral complementary feed for horses in cases of acute inflammation of joints, muscle, tendons and hooves – situations which are characterized by pain and movement disorders, as well in case of aggravation of chronic processes.
Artropurs A – complementary feed for horses in cases of movement disorders that are characterized by stiffness and soreness in the body or in some limbs and joints:
- after exhaustion at work, training or race, especially for less trained horses;
- after trauma that affect musculoskeletal system – sprains, bruises, dislocation (in joints, tendons, muscle, skeleton);
- after inflammation, pain and degenerative changes, especially in articular cartilage (osteoarthrosis etc.).
Composition: willow bark, calcium carbonate, nettle, camomile, oak bark, molasses, ginger powder, glucosamine, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), chondroitin sulphate.
Analytical constituents: calcium 6,2%, sulphur 1,7%, total sugar 0,7%, sodium 0,07%, phosphorus 0%.
Nutritional additives: trace elements (mg/kg): zinc (zinc chelate of glycine, hydrate (solid), 3b607) 2400, manganese (manganese chelate of glycine, hydrate, 3b506) 1300, copper (copper(II) chelate of glycine, hydrate (solid), 3b413) 800, cobalt (cobalt(II) sulphate heptahydrate, 3b305) 80, selenium (coated granulated sodium selenite, 3b802) 10; vitamins (g/kg): vitamin C 4, vitamin E 3.
Complementary feed Artropurs A strengthens joints, articular cartilages and tendons that contain much elastic connective tissue, collagen; improves joint functions. Strengthens blood vessels, skin, mucous membranes, nails, tendons, improves hair, because it stimulates metabolism (glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, ascorbic acid, ginger, manganese, copper, selenium). Complementary feed also decreases inflammation, thus swelling and pain, eases the suffering and restores functions (willow bark, nettle, camomile, MSM). Vitamins (ascorbic acid, tocopherol) and trace elements (copper, selenium) inhibit destructive processes in tissue, improve regeneration (antioxidants), protect liver cells and stabilizes metabolism (zinc, manganese, cobalt).
The complex of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM inhibits inflammation, swelling and pain, reduces the use of non-selective or selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in case of acute and painful inflammation of joint, bursa, ligaments or tendons resulting from increased load, sprains, bruises or other trauma. The complex has greater effect on animals which are more sensitive to overload, also less trained or weakened. Glycosaminoglycans (glucosamine, chondroitin) reduce articular cartilage damages caused by inflammation, restore composition of synovial fluid thereby restore joint functions.
Trace elements and vitamins enrich composition of the complementary feed and provide effective metabolism in musculoskeletal system.
Use daily for horse 100 g, young horse 50 – 70 g. Duration of use no less than 2 weeks.
